Terms & Conditions

Delivery and Risk

Delivery shall be CPT as per Incoterms 2000 and shall be deemed to have occurred when the Goods are collected by the carrier from Progressive Supplies (Paper) Ltd's premises for transit to the destination agreed between Progressive Supplies (Paper) Ltd and the Buyer. Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 32 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 shall not apply to the contract. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 years.

Third Party Delivery

Goods dispatched to any third party at the purchaser's request are entirely at the purchaser's risk. Please call for all other carriage prices.

Returns Policy / Credit

All returns and faulty goods must be authorised prior to goods being sent back for credit or replacement. We will repair or replace, whenever possible. If a refund or return is agreed then it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods in the exact condition they were received at the customer's cost.

On occasion we will credit faulty items without prior collection.

Please retain all such items credited for future collection.

There is no sale or returns policy.

Payment

We accept payment by direct bank transfers, credit/debit cards or cheques and subject to the agreed credit terms. Any bank charges are to be paid by the customer. The same terms apply for deposits.

Prices

Prices exclude VAT and are subject to change without notification.

Products

Due to policy of continuous product development, products may vary from pictures shown. The rights are reserved to vary details, prices and specification at any time without notice.

Liability of Packed Items

The products we supply are manufactured to high quality standards. However we do not accept any liability for items packed in any of the products we supply. We do not provide any guarantee or assurance in respect to packaging providing any benefit to shelf life or freshness of product. We recommend you carry out your own test to satisfy your requirements.

Passing of Title

All goods remain the property of seller, until the buyer has paid in full. The company reserves the right to enter on the customer's premises to repossess any goods if payment is not made.

Claims for Loss or Damage

The company will accept no liability for damage or shortage in delivery unless the carriers delivery sheet is endorsed "cartons damaged/open". Damage or loss should be notified in writing within three working days of receipt.

Jurisdiction

All contracts between the company and the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refused Deliveries

Unless sent in error, refused deliveries will result in a 15% handling charge (minimum £10 / €15).

Delivery address must be open during the hours of 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. Redelivery will incur an additional carriage charge.
